What is a ready-made company?

  • established and registered as a company solely for the purpose of its sale to final customer(s)
  • all fees pertaining to registration duly paid
  • from the moment of its founding to the point of its sale no further prerequisites required

What are the advantages of purchasing a ready-made company?

It is possible for the company to start negotiations / trading after the ready - made company has been entered in the commercial register. The duration for the preparation, managing and gathering of all necessary documentation, establishing its only entry in the commercial register and obtaining the reqired certificate takes a few weeks.

  • immediate transfer of business share
  • the change of a managing director is effective immediately, such a declaration in the commercial register of companies is merely a formality.
